What is the once-off setup fee for?

Creating your account, loading your business details, services and pricing, connecting your channels and handing over a working system. It is quoted on your call and printed on your first invoice with a description, so you know exactly what it covers.

How does billing work?

Your first invoice covers the once-off items plus your first month. From the following month your package renews on the same day each month: charged to your card automatically, or invoiced to you by email if you pay by EFT. You receive an invoice by email for every renewal.

Can the price change?

Your monthly price stays as agreed. If we ever need to change it we give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies.

What if none of the plans fit?

We put together a Custom package: the modules you need at an agreed monthly price, with what it covers listed on every invoice. Custom software and larger builds are quoted per project.

Is VAT included?

Prices are what you pay. Every invoice states whether VAT applies and how much, so your bookkeeper has what they need.
