Can other Sitebase clients see my data?
No. Every client is isolated at the database level. Isolation is enforced by the platform itself, not by convention, and we test it.
What happens if something breaks?
Daily backups mean we can restore your data. SSL certificates renew automatically, so your site does not suddenly show browser warnings. And because we run the platform ourselves, we notice problems before most clients do.
Is Sitebase POPIA compliant?
We handle data with POPIA in mind: your customer data is collected for a clear purpose, stored securely, never sold and never shared between clients. What your business does with customer data remains your responsibility, and we make the technical side easy to get right.
Do I need to manage any of this?
No. SSL, backups, updates and infrastructure are all handled by us. That is part of the monthly fee.
