One platform instead of six apps
Most small businesses run on a patchwork: WhatsApp for enquiries, a paper diary for bookings, a spreadsheet for quotes, and a website that nobody updates. Things fall between the gaps, and the gaps cost money.
Sitebase replaces the patchwork with one system. Your website feeds enquiries into a unified inbox. Enquiries become leads in a pipeline. Leads become bookings in your calendar. Jobs become quotes, quotes become invoices, and invoices get paid online through Paystack. When the job is done, the platform asks the customer for a Google review. Every step is connected, so nothing needs to be retyped and nothing gets lost.

We run it for you
This is the part that makes Sitebase different from software you buy and abandon. We build your site, load your services and prices, connect your channels and keep it all running. You get a login to see your leads, your money and your reviews. There is no admin console to learn and no setup wizard to fight. If something needs changing, you tell us and we change it.
Custom software when off-the-shelf does not fit
Some businesses need more than the platform: a booking engine with rules of its own, a client portal, an internal tool, an integration with a system you already use. We build those as custom projects on the same stack we run Sitebase on, so you get production-grade work without enterprise prices. Custom projects are quoted per project after a discovery call.
How it is priced
The platform starts at R800 a month on the Starter plan, R1,250 a month on Growth with the AI assistant, and R1,800 a month on Pro with the AI receptionist. Every plan has a once-off setup fee, quoted on your call, because every business needs a different amount of setup work. You can cancel anytime and your data is yours. Common questions
Do I have to set the software up myself?
No. We set everything up for you: the website, the inbox, your services and prices, and your pipeline stages. You get a login and a short walkthrough, then it just runs.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The whole platform is built mobile-first, because most of our clients run their business from a bakkie, a salon chair or a show house, not a desk.
Can it take payments?
Yes. Quotes and invoices carry a pay-online link through Paystack, so customers can pay by card the moment they accept. You see every payment in the platform.
What if I need something the platform does not do?
We build custom software too: booking engines, client portals, internal tools and integrations, on the same stack we run ourselves. Custom work is quoted per project after a discovery call.
Is my data locked in?
No. Your contacts, quotes, invoices and messages are yours. If you ever leave, we export everything for you and your domain goes with you.
